Engineering the future of reliability.

RotoSenseIQ designs and builds advanced telemetry hardware and intelligence systems that allow industrial plants to monitor motor conditions in real time and eliminate unplanned downtime completely.

About Us

RotoSenseIQ is a state-of-the-art motor condition monitoring system that warns operators before a motor fails, instead of after. The hardware consists of a single perf board containing four integrated sensors: an accelerometer to detect vibration and imbalance, a magnetometer to identify magnetic flux and electrical faults, a MEMS microphone to capture acoustic signatures, and a temperature sensor to monitor thermal drift and overheating.

This high-precision sensor board is securely sealed inside an IP66-rated, dust-tight, and water-jet-resistant enclosure mounted directly onto the motor. Measurements are sampled continuously at the edge and streamed securely to a cloud-based Firebase database.

Our custom analysis software reads this telemetry directly from Firebase to provide real-time condition monitoring. By generating early warnings before machine failure and recommending specific corrective actions, RotoSenseIQ helps industrial plants completely avoid costly downtime losses from unexpected failures.
